1. Getting started
Before starting, send us your brief. If you prefer, we can work together to create one. This allows you to share your vision for your future landing page or website. We'll arrange a kick-off call to narrow down ideas for your site, understand your design direction, and set clear project objectives.
2. The creative stuff
After understanding the outcome of our discovery, I'll begin the design process. I will use Figma to create a unique design for you, which you will fully own. We can refine this design until you are completely satisfied. If you already have a design, I will review it and suggest any updates that could be beneficial during the development stage.
3. The WEbflow magic
Once the design is finalised and greenlighted, I then transform that design into reality using Webflow! I construct a meticulously crafted styleguide and CMS structure that is straightforward and can be updated in mere seconds. Providing you with a live link to your developing site, enabling you to monitor the progress at every stage with absolute certainty.
4. Launch & train
to help maintain your site Once the final adjustments are made, I meticulously follow our launch checklist, hit "publish," and like magic! Your site is live! Additionally, I create custom training videos for you and your team, providing step-by-step instructions on how to maintain and edit your site.

Why do you use webflow for website development
Why I'm all in on Webflow — Webflow is the modern approach to web development.
Webflow is a web designer's dream, with nearly limitless options - all the possibilities without clunky lines of code, redundant WordPress plugins, or a CMS that gives you nightmares. The functionality, customisation, and limitless design options allow me to unleash my creativity and create simple-to-use, modern websites that not only look great but also work fantastically well for your company.
Why use Forming Essentials vs. an agency?
You are the priority. I focus exclusively on one client at a time to deliver exceptional results, building websites within weeks, not months. Before getting started, please send your project brief. Alternatively, we can create one together to establish what you'd like to see on your future landing page or website.
Which programs do you use?
All of our designs are done in Figma for it’s live collaboration when it comes to feedback or simple working together with your design team seamlessly. I can develop or edit from a existing design in Adobe XD but wouldn’t be designing projects within it.
Loom is our super tool to reduce meeting when covering a wide range from updates, support or solutions.
Slack and email are my main communication tool to sync together for fast response and collaboration during or after the project has ended. Whatsapp can also be used but this is a last thought option!
GoogleMeets is used for all meetings, I can also use Zoom for those clients wishing to use this over Google.
What if i don’t like the design?
This doesn't happen very often, if you're not satisfied, I provide an no limit on revisions (within reason). I will continue refining the project until you're 100% content before moving into development.
Which package is right for me?
Each package has a short explanation for whom it could be for and the perks it includes. If you have a need and you’re not sure which package you should choose, you can book an Introductory call with me and I will try to help you figure out which package or custom solution is right for you and your business.
Are there any contracts to be signed?
Certainly, we can accommodate specific contractual needs or sign Non-Disclosure Agreements. However, we also offer options that don't require a contract, all of which will depend on your preferred payment method. Please ensure you read our Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy these before purchasing or deciding to work with Forming Essentials.
What if we need to pause the project?
My proposals or contracts will include a tentative launch or completion date based on project estimates.
If a clients need to pause the project, I will inform them that the project can be put on hold no longer than two weeks. However, if the pause extends beyond a month, the project may need to be re-quoted as pricing could change or other projects could be scheduled during this time. If clients wish to resume after a pause longer than a month, their projects will be moved to the end of my priority list and will need to be rescheduled with updated estimates.
How fast will I receive my project? **
As every project is unique, it's challenging to provide an exact timeline. However, a typical design and build request for a landing page generally takes 2 to 4 weeks, while a multipage website usually takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Typically, a build-only request for a landing page could take 1 - 3 days, provided all the files, assets, and copy are ready. The build time for a multi-page website, however, depends on its complexity but on average 4 weeks.
How big is the team?
Purposefully small. Simply extraordinary
You might be surprised to hear this, but Forming Essentials is actually solo founded. This means you'll work directly with me (Richard), the founder. However, some requests are provided by a collective I might partnered with.
